This option will have a tech knocking on your door in no time at all. It is not the most economical option for things like virus repairs and hard ware failures as the tech will almost certainly need to take it back to the work shop to complete.
We have to charge traveling time as our techs wont travel for free so this option is for modem and internet conectivity issues where the tech needs to call in and deal with your internet conection issues.
If you have internet connectivity some of these issues can be rectified online with the need to send a tech to your address.

If your computer has to come to the hospital for surgery and you have no way of getting it there your self we have a courier service who can usually get computers to us on the same day they pick them up. We need to book your courier first thing in the morning to acheive this or the pc may not get here till the following morning. Metro areas are all same day to workshop if booked in the morning. Country areas can take longer depending on the couriers needed to handle delivery to us and may incur some costs as local contractors may be managing portions of the route not covered by our freight agreements.
