How do i access my Free Online Consultation.

1. Click on the link at the bottom of the page.
2. Follow the instructions and fill in the form. Click on the button at the bottom of the form. You may need to ok the Java Applet which drives the form.
3. This will run an applet which will connect to our console and open a chat window for our tech.
4. It will then ask you to grant the tech permission to remote access your computer.
5. When the session ends permission is recinded and the tech has no further access to your computer untill the next time you click on the icon on your desktop.
